Built for business with a door to open.

Your location is ready. Your product is good. What's missing is the marketing strategy that gets people off the sidewalk and through your door — consistently, intentionally, and without guessing.

That's exactly what Project Precision does.

Foot traffic is not an accident.

Most brick and mortar business owners pour everything into opening the space, the product, the staff, the aesthetic. And then they wait for people to show up.

Sometimes they do. Often they don't. And when they don't, the owner starts guessing a social media post here, a discount there, a flyer on the door. None of it adds up to a real strategy.

The businesses that fill their space and keep it full aren't luckier than you. They have a plan. They know who their customer is, where to find them, and exactly what it takes to bring them in. That plan is what Project Precision builds.

The right location and the right product are only half the equation. The other half is getting people through the door.

We work with three types of owners:

→ Pre-opening — You haven't opened yet and want to choose the right location and launch with a real marketing plan.

→ Open but slow — You're open, but the door isn't moving the way you expected. Something isn't working and you need to know what.

→ Open but stuck — You have customers, but you can't grow consistently. You need a real campaign strategy built for your location.

ABOUT

Why I see what others miss.

I'm L. Paige and I have been watching brick and mortar businesses for a long time.

When I ran Shades Wedding Magazine, my entire business model was built on partnerships with physical locations, bridal shops, hotels, event spaces, photography studios. My job was to bring people to them. I drove foot traffic to their doors through events, features, and promotions, and in exchange they gave me access to their space and services.

I learned fast what works and what doesn't. I learned which locations were chosen well and which ones were fighting geography every day. I learned which promotions filled a room and which ones got ignored. I learned that the difference between a brick and mortar business that thrives and one that barely survives is almost always strategic — not luck.

Project Precision exists because that knowledge is too valuable to keep to myself. If you have a physical location and you're not filling it the way you should be I can help you figure out why, and build the plan to fix it.
