This 30-minute call is for brands, business owners, or teams planning a retreat, workshop, launch, or virtual event—and looking for someone to help run the show behind the scenes.

We'll use the time to:

• Talk through your vision, timeline, and budget

• Identify the scope of what you need (planning, coordination, day-of support)

• Go over past events you've done (if any) and what didn’t work

• Explore whether we're the right partner to bring your event to life
